My apologies for not blogging on here! I’ve been super busy, I spent a week in Greece and Italy this month and did a lot of eating. I mean, a lot. But when I came back, I pushed myself up to running five miles which felt incredible! I’m down to 140 pounds now and I’m feeling great!
I ate some not so great things today. I did a half hour on the stationary bike and my fab ab february that I missed from yesterday. I’m going to have to do some collateral damage reversing this week.
